There are plenty of diets that claim to support the removal of toxins from the body but we all know the easiest and most cost-effective way is to just drink more water, sleep more, and get moving because our bodies are very cleverly designed to detox themselves naturally. Who knew!😁
Unfortunately, lifestyle and current diet habits make this a little more complicated.
So here are some top tips
👆 Eat foods high in sulphur such as onions, broccoli, and garlic. It helps get rid of heavy metals like cadmium.
Try out chlorella, it’s a type of algae that has many nutritional benefits and may enhance the elimination of toxins. We are more familiar with Spirulina but Chlorella is slightly better in nutritional value.

Coriander (cilantro) enhances the excretion of certain toxins. (Did you know coriander belongs to the carrot family!) Support the production of glutathione. It is a MAJOR antioxidant produced by your body that is heavily involved in detoxification. Take a moment to familiarise yourself with how to increase glutathione
Lastly! … Choosing natural cleaning products like vinegar and baking soda over regular cleaning stuff can reduce your exposure to toxic chemicals… Ready to part with your Mr Muscle or Domestos or Jik? I DIDN’T THINK SO! but it’s food for thought ( FYI – This is a real struggle for me to let go of 😊)

A dash of vinegar leaves pots sparkling clean (even helps remove the burn marks) – rinse the pot after
Adding bicarbonate of soda to the kettle is a great way to clean it out. – boil the bi-carb
Mix up 2 TBL spoons of apple cider vinegar and 1/2 tsp spoon of bi-carb – once it’s finished foaming, add lukewarm water then drink it to clean out the gut. (Make sure you use the correct ACV – Organic “with the mother”
